I wanna use ImGui for a desktop application but I saw that it’s being used as an overlay.
Is there any way to dock it and make it fullscreen so I can use it for a program rather than an overlay?

I don’t understand the question, not the presumed assumption or the meaning of “it is being used as an overlay”.
If you create a fullscreen window and render imgui into it then your application will be fullscreen.
